摘要
目的 探究并分析痔上粘膜环切吻合术治疗混合痔的围手术期护理策略及应用效果情况。方法 通过选取100例来自我院2023年1月-2024年12月诊治的痔上粘膜环切吻合术治疗混合痔的患者，根据随机抽签原则将患者分为两组，将其中实施常规护理的患者列为对照组，其余患者的护理工作都采用了围手术期护理策略，列为观察组，两组患者各为50例。对两组不同的护理方法下的预后效果进行记录和对比。结果 观察组患者经护理疼痛评分取得了更为明显的下降（P<0.05），且观察组患者术后排尿恢复更快，导尿需求情况更低（P<0.05）。结论 围手术期护理策略的运用对于痔上粘膜环切吻合术治疗混合痔患者的护理效果有着显著的辅助作用，助力患者的护理康复效率提升，改善患者的疼痛情况，提升术后恢复速率，进而达到增强护理效果的目的，值得进行进一步的研究和应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the perioperative nursing strategies and application effects of circumtomy and anastomosis of the superior hemorrhoid mucosa in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods By selecting 100 patients who underwent circumatherectomy and anastomosis of the superior hemorrhoid mucosa in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, the patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random lottery. Among them, the patients who received routine care were listed as the control group, and the remaining patients whose nursing work adopted the perioperative nursing strategy were listed as the observation group. There were 50 patients in each of the two groups. The prognostic effects under two different groups of nursing methods were recorded and compared. Results The pain score of patients in the observation group decreased more significantly after nursing (P<0.05), and the postoperative urination recovery of patients in the observation group was faster, and the demand for catheterization was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of perioperative nursing strategies has a significant auxiliary effect on the nursing of patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated by circumtomy and anastomosis of the superior hemorrhoid mucosa, helping to improve the efficiency of nursing rehabilitation for patients, alleviate their pain conditions, increase the postoperative recovery rate, and thereby achieve the goal of enhancing the nursing effect. It is worthy of further research and application.
