摘要
目的 探析神经外科气管切开患者实施集束化护理干预效果。方法 选择2022年10月-2024年10月在神经外科气管切开患者90例，随机分2组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用集束化护理干预，比较两组患者并发症、恢复情况。结果 观察组并发症低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组GCS评分高于对照组，抗菌药物使用时间、导管留置时间及住院时间比对照组短，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 神经外科行气管切开术患者采用集束化护理有助于减少并发症，促进恢复，值得推荐。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention in patients with neurosurgery tracheotomy. Methods 90 patients with tracheotomy in neurosurgery from October 2022 to October 2024 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group adopted routine care, and the observation group adopted cluster care intervention to compare the complications and recovery of the two groups. Results The complications of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the difference between the group was significantly different (P <0.05); the GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the antimicrobial use time, catheter retention time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, and the difference between the group was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Cluster care for neurosurgery patients undergoing tracheostomy is helpful to reduce complications and promote recovery.
