摘要
目的 分析探讨预见性联合促醒刺激护理在高血压脑出血患者术后的应用效果。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2025年6月收治80例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象，按照奇偶数规则，平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用预见性联合促醒刺激护理，对比两组护理后意识恢复时间、格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组患者意识恢复时间明显短于对照组，术后不同时间点的格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，且护理满意度高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 采用预见性联合促醒刺激护理可有效促进高血压脑出血患者术后意识恢复，减少并发症，提高护理质量，值得临床推荐应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of predictive combined awakening stimulation nursing in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even number rule. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received predictive combined awakening stimulation nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of consciousness recovery time, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), complication incidence, and nursing satisfaction after nursing. Results After nursing, the consciousness recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) at different time points after surgery was higher than that of the control group, the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive combined with awakening stimulation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of consciousness in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery, reduce complications, and improve the quality of nursing, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
