摘要
目的 吞咽功能筛查的综合康复护理在颅脑损伤术后患者的作用分析。方法 以2024年1月至2025年1月期间院内接受颅脑损伤术治疗的69例患者作为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例）、观察组（35例），不同小组护理模式分别以常规手段、吞咽功能筛查的综合康复护理手段开展，分析比较其结果。结果 相较于对照组，观察组总并发症例数占比更少（P＜0.05），观察组颅脑损伤程度数据更高（P＜0.05），观察组不良情绪数据更低（P＜0.05）。结论 于颅脑损伤术后患者中施以吞咽功能筛查的综合康复护理方式，有助于降低并发症风险与颅脑损伤程度，减轻不良情绪。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for swallowing function screening in patients with post-cerebral injury. Methods A total of 69 patients who underwent cerebral injury surgery at the hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects of the trial. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (35 cases). The nursing models for the two groups were conducted using conventional methods and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for swallowing function screening, respectively, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group had a significantly lower proportion of total complications (P<0.05), higher data on the severity of cerebral injury (P<0.05), and lower data on adverse emotions (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for swallowing function screening in patients with post-cerebral injury can help reduce the risk of complications and the severity of cerebral injury, and alleviate adverse emotions.
