摘要
视网膜脱落严重威胁患者视力，术后康复护理是影响视力恢复的关键因素。当前，护理实践中存在个性化不足、健康指导缺失等问题，制约恢复效果。本文深入剖析术后康复护理与视力恢复的内在联系，揭示不同护理措施、时长及依从性对视力改善的影响，针对性提出个性化方案制定、健康指导完善、心理干预强化等优化策略，旨在为提升视网膜脱落患者康复质量、促进视力恢复提供科学依据与实践指导。

Abstract
Retinal detachment poses a serious threat to patients' vision, and postoperative rehabilitation nursing is a critical factor influencing visual recovery. Currently, issues such as insufficient personalization and lack of health guidance in nursing practice hinder recovery outcomes. This study thoroughly examines the intrinsic relationship between postoperative rehabilitation nursing and visual recovery, revealing the impact of different nursing measures, duration, and compliance on vision improvement. It proposes targeted optimization strategies, including personalized care planning, enhanced health guidance, and strengthened psychological intervention, aiming to provide scientific evidence and practical guidance for improving rehabilitation quality and promoting visual recovery in retinal detachment patients.
