The impact of early pulmonary rehabilitation training on the rate of pulmonary infection in patients after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery

摘要
目的 探讨早期肺康复训练在降低脑出血术后患者肺部感染发生率方面的作用。方法 本研究纳入我院接受治疗的脑出血术后患者90例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法进行分组,将研究对象均衡分配至对照组与研究组,每组各45例。其中,对照组实施常规护理;研究组则采用早期肺康复训练。对两组患者干预后的临床效果展开对比分析。结果 与对照组相比,研究组患者肺部感染的发生概率显著降低。同时,研究组患者的动脉血氧分压、第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量等肺功能指标均处于更高水平,而动脉血二氧化碳分压指标则明显更低。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对脑出血术后患者,早期肺康复训练可有效降低患者肺部感染的发生概率,同时对其肺功能相关指标起到积极地改善作用。

Abstract
Objective Discuss the role of early pulmonary rehabilitation training in reducing the incidence of lung infections in patients after hemorrhagic stroke surgery. Methods This study included 90 patients who underwent surgery for cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital as research subjects. A random number table method was used for grouping, evenly distributing the subjects into a control group and a study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received early pulmonary rehabilitation training. A comparative analysis of the clinical effects after intervention in both groups was conducted. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of pulmonary infections in the study group was significantly reduced. At the same time, the arterial blood oxygen partial pressure, forced expiratory volume in one second, and forced vital capacity of the study group patients were all at higher levels, while the arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure was significantly lower. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery, early pulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infections and has a positive effect on improving lung function-related indicators.
