The application of focused psychological care and health education in patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection in the digestive endoscopy center
焦点式心理护理及健康教育在消化内镜中心内镜黏膜下剥离术患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨焦点式心理护理及健康教育在消化内镜中心内镜黏膜下剥离术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1月至2025年1月期间，在我院消化内镜中心接受内镜黏膜下剥离术的80例患者作为本次对象。基于不同模式的差异，采用随机数字表法进行分组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上开展焦点式心理护理及健康教育。比较两组心理状态、手术相关指标以及护理满意度。结果 观察组在心理状态指标上均展现出明显优势，与对照组相比呈现出具有统计学意义的改善（P＜0.05）；观察组手术时间、住院时间、术后疼痛均低于对照组（P＜0.05）相较于对照组，观察组对护理服务满意度显著更高，差异在统计学上具有意义（P＜0.05）。结论 焦点式心理护理及健康教育应用于内镜黏膜下剥离术患者，可有效改善负面情绪，提高对疾病知识的认知，优化手术指标，降低术后并发症发生率，提升护理满意度，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of focused psychological care and health education in patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection in the digestive endoscopy center.
Methods Eighty patients who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the differences of different modes, the random number table method is adopted for grouping. The control group received routine care, while the observation group carried out focused psychological care and health education on the basis of routine care. The psychological states, surgery-related indicators and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The observation group showed significant advantages in psychological state indicators and presented statistically significant improvements compared with the control group (P < 0.05); The operation time, hospital stay and postoperative pain in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction with nursing services in the observation group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of focused psychological care and health education in patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection can effectively improve negative emotions, enhance the cognition of disease knowledge, optimize surgical indicators, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and increase nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
