The impact of progressive nursing combined with pain management on patients with rheumatoid arthritis

摘要
目的 分析渐进式护理联合疼痛护理对类风湿关节炎患者的影响。方法 选择我院于2024年1月-2024年12月期间内收治的类风湿关节炎患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组，对照组和观察组各50例，其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组在常规护理基础上，采用渐进式护理联合疼痛护理。对两组的临床护理效果，如两组患者的生活质量评分、疼痛评分、关节功能指标（晨僵时间、关节压痛指数、关节肿痛指数）以及护理满意度进行对比和评估。结果 护理干预前，两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理干预后，观察组疼痛评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组各项关节功能指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在对类风湿关节炎患者实施渐进式护理联合疼痛护理取得明显的效果，可显著改善患者的关节功能指标，缓解疼痛，提高其生活质量和护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective Analyze the impact of progressive nursing combined with pain care on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received progressive nursing combined with pain care on the basis of routine nursing care. Compare and evaluate the clinical nursing effects of two groups, such as quality of life scores, pain scores, joint function indicators (morning stiffness time, joint tenderness index, joint swelling and pain index), and nursing satisfaction. Results Before nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). All joint function indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of progressive nursing combined with pain management in patients with rheumatoid arthritis has achieved significant results, significantly improving their joint function indicators, relieving pain, enhancing their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
