PBL教学法在风湿免疫科护理教学中的应用分析

摘要

目的 将以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)用于风湿免疫科护理教学中,对其应用价值进行分析。方法 选取2022年7月~2023年7月于我院风湿免疫科进行实习的21名护士为对照组,期间实施常规教学模式,另选2023年7月~2024年7月于我院风湿免疫科进行实习的21名护士为观察组,期间实施PBL教学法,对两组教学结果进行比较。结果 两组理论知识考核成绩、护理实践操作技能考核成绩比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);两组自主学习、独立思考、解决问题等6项综合能力评分相比,观察组更高(P<0.05);两组教学满意度比较,观察组95.24%更高(P<0.05)。结论 对风湿免疫科护理教学来说,应用以问题为导向的教学法可获得理想教学效果,既能提高实习护士理论知识与护理实践操作技能考核,还可提高自主学习、独立思考等多方面综合能力,提高其对于教学的满意度,具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To apply the Problem-based Teaching method (PBL) in the nursing teaching of rheumatology and immunology and analyze its application value.
Methods Forty-two nurses who practiced in the rheumatology and Immunology department of our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the control group, during which the conventional teaching mode was implemented. Another 42 nurses who practiced in the rheumatology and immunology department of our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the observation group, during which the PBL teaching method was implemented. The teaching results of the two groups were compared.
Results When comparing the assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills of nursing between the two groups, the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the scores of the six comprehensive abilities such as autonomous learning, independent thinking and problem-solving between the two groups, the scores of the observation group were higher (P<0.05). The comparison of teaching satisfaction between the two groups showed that 97.62% was higher in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For the nursing teaching in the rheumatology and immunology department, the application of the problem-oriented teaching method can achieve ideal teaching effects. It can not only improve the assessment of theoretical knowledge and practical nursing operation skills of trainee nurses, but also enhance their comprehensive abilities in multiple aspects such as autonomous learning and independent thinking, increase their satisfaction with teaching, and has promotion value.
