Application of risk management in hospital medical device management
医院医疗器械管理中风险管理的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在医院医疗器械管理中实施风险管理的作用。方法 选取本院2022年6月-2023年6月实施常规医疗器械管理的250件医疗器械，设为对照组；再选取本院2023年7月-2024年7月实施医疗器械风险管理的250件医疗器械，设为观察组。比较两组医疗器械管理质量和器械相关不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组医疗器械管理质量评分（回收清洗、消毒灭菌、分类包装、储存发放）均高于对照组，且器械管理不良事件（器械损坏、器械丢失、清洗不彻底、灭菌不合格）总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对医院医疗器械进行风险管理能有效提高器械管理质量，并减少器械不良事件发生。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of risk management in the management of medical devices in hospitals.
Methods 250 pieces of medical devices that were managed by our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the control group; Another 250 pieces of medical devices for which the hospital implemented medical device risk management from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the observation group. The quality of medical device management and the occurrence of device related adverse events were compared between the two groups.
Results The medical device management quality scores (recycling and cleaning, disinfection and sterilization, classified packaging, storage and distribution) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the total incidence of device management adverse events (device damage, device loss, incomplete cleaning, unqualified sterilization) was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   risk management of medical devices in hospitals can effectively improve the quality of device management and reduce the occurrence of adverse events of devices.
