摘要
目的 探究老年卧床患者临床中应用老年综合评估护理的效果。方法 选择本院2022年1月—2023年1月时间段内收治的208例老年卧床患者，分组方法为硬币法，其中104例患者实施常规护理，作为对照组；另外104例患者实施老年综合评估护理，作为观察组。结果 干预后，营养指标改善程度更为显著的为观察组；观察组生活质量各维度评分均优于对照组。结论 在老年卧床患者临床中应用老年综合评估护理，促进了患者疾病的顺利转归，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying Geriatric Comprehensive Assessment Nursing in the clinical care of bedridden elderly patients. Methods A total of 208 bedridden elderly patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected. The grouping method was the coin toss method, in which 104 patients received routine nursing care as the control group, and the other 104 patients received Geriatric Comprehensive Assessment Nursing as the observation group. Results After intervention, the observation group showed more significant improvement in nutritional indicators; the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion The application of Geriatric Comprehensive Assessment Nursing in the clinical care of bedridden elderly patients promotes the favorable prognosis of patients' diseases and is worthy of promotion.
