摘要
目的 分析健康管理中心用护理标准化服务所起到的作用。方法 2024年1月-7月本院健康管理中心未开展护理标准化服务工作期间接诊的健康体检者200名为对照组,2024年8月-2025年2月本院健康管理中心开展护理标准化服务工作期间接诊的健康体检者200名为试验组。对比体检时间等指标。结果 关于体检时间:试验组只有(1.57±0.41)h,对照组长达(2.04±0.63)h,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理质量:试验组高达(98.74±0.93)分,对照组只有(92.04±1.41)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。不良事件:试验组1.0%,对照组8.5%,P<0.05。满意度:试验组96.5%,对照组85.5%,P<0.05。结论 健康管理中心用护理标准化服务,效果显著,且体检者的满意度也更高,体检时间更短,不良事件更少。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of standardized nursing services in health management centers. Methods From January to July 2024, during the period when our hospital's health management center did not provide standardized nursing services, 200 individuals who underwent health check-ups were included in the control group. From August 2024 to February 2025, during the period when our hospital's health management center provided standardized nursing services, 200 individuals who underwent health check-ups were included in the experimental group. The comparison was made on indicators such as examination time. Results Regarding examination time: the experimental group had (1.57 ± 0.41) hours, while the control group had (2.04 ± 0.63) hours, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Nursing quality: the experimental group scored (98.74 ± 0.93) points, while the control group scored (92.04 ± 1.41) points, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Adverse events: the experimental group had 1.0%, and the control group had 8.5%, with P <0.05. Satisfaction: the experimental group had 96.5%, and the control group had 85.5%, with P <0.05. Conclusion Standardized nursing services in health management centers have shown significant effects, leading to higher satisfaction among examinees, shorter examination times, and fewer adverse events.
