Study on the effect of ABC emotional nursing combined with detail nursing on postoperative patients with appendicitis
ABC情绪护理联合细节护理对阑尾炎术后患者疼痛程度影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨对阑尾炎患者实施细节护理+ABC情绪护理的效果。方法 研究对象为阑尾炎患者30例，研究时间为2024年5月-2025年5月。分组工作通过抽签法完成，两组各纳入患者15例。在参照组护理工作中实施常规护理，在研究组护理中实施细节护理+ABC情绪护理，对比术后康复指标以及疼痛程度。结果 术后当天、3d疼痛程度NRS评分对比，研究组均较参照组低，P＜0.05；术后首次下床活动时间、首次通气时间、正常进食时间对比，研究组均较参照组短，P＜0.05。结论 对阑尾炎患者实施细节护理+ABC情绪护理，能够有效缓解术后的疼痛程度，加速康复的进程，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing detailed nursing+ABC emotional nursing for patients with appendicitis.
Methods The research subjects were 30 patients with appendicitis, and the study period was from May 2024 to May 2025. The grouping work was completed by drawing lots, with 15 patients included in each group. Implement routine nursing in the reference group nursing work, implement detailed nursing+ABC emotional nursing in the study group nursing, and compare postoperative rehabilitation indicators and pain levels.
Results The NRS scores of postoperative pain on the day and day 3 were lower in the study group compared to the reference group, P＜0.05; The comparison of the first time of getting out of bed, the first time of ventilation, and the normal eating time after surgery showed that the study group was shorter than the reference group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Implementing detailed nursing+ABC emotional nursing for appendicitis patients can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and accelerate the recovery process, which is worthy of promotion.
