摘要
目的 探讨冠心病心绞痛患者应用心理护理联合健康教育的效果。方法 从本院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者中抽选30例参与研究,入院时间为2024年1月-12月。以交替分组法为原则将15例分配到常规组,将15例分配到实验组,分别实施基础性护理,以及心理护理联合健康教育。观察护理效果。结果 护理后的实验组比常规组心绞痛发作时间更短、发作频次更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理后的实验组比常规组抑郁和焦虑评分更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理后实验组患者比常规组自护能力评分更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 为冠心病心绞痛患者提供心理护理和健康教育可以更好地缓解病症、稳定心态、提高自护能力,值得借鉴应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 30 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were selected to participate in the study, with admission time from January to December 2024. According to the principle of alternating grouping, 15 cases were assigned to the conventional group and 15 cases were assigned to the experimental group, and basic nursing and psychological nursing combined with health education were implemented separately. Observe the nursing effect. Results The experimental group after nursing had a shorter duration and lower frequency of angina attacks compared to the conventional group, with significant differences (P<0.05). The experimental group after nursing had significantly lower depression and anxiety scores than the conventional group (P<0.05). The self-care ability score of the experimental group patients after nursing was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing psychological care and health education for patients with coronary heart disease angina can better alleviate symptoms, stabilize mentality, and improve self-care ability, which is worth learning from and applying.
