护理本科生灵性照护认知现状及影响因素分析

摘要

目的 了解护理专业本科生群体中灵性照护认知现状及其相关影响因素。方法 2024年8-9月期间,采用便利抽样法选取某市高等院校346名护理本科生作为研究样本,运用一般资料调查表、中文版灵性照护认知量表和灵性健康简化量表开展问卷调研工作。结果 中文版灵性照护认知量表总分为(170.47±24.09)分,灵性健康简化量表总分为(97.52±14.13)分,家庭所在地、家庭结构、职业倾向、灵性健康对护理本科生灵性照护认知程度产生显著影响效应(P<0.05)。结论 当前阶段护理本科生灵性照护认知处于中等层次水平。教育者应考虑将灵性照护整合至课程体系中,由此促进学生灵性照护能力素养的提升发展,为临床工作做好必要准备。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of spiritual care cognition among undergraduate nursing students.
Methods Using convenience sampling, 346 nursing undergraduates from universities in a city were recruited from August to September 2024. Data were collected through a general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Spiritual Care-Giving Scale (C-SCGS), and the Spiritual Health Scale-Short Form (SHS-SF).
Results The total scores of C-SCGS and SHS-SF were 170.47 ± 24.09 and 97.52 ± 14.13, respectively. Place of residence, family structure, career orientation, and spiritual health significantly influenced spiritual care cognition (all P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing undergraduates exhibit moderate-level spiritual care cognition. Educators should integrate spiritual care into curricula to enhance students' competencies and prepare them for clinical practice.
