Observation on the effect of phased health education in proctology nursing
分阶段健康教育在肛肠科护理中的实施效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨分阶段健康教育在肛肠科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本医院肛肠科接受手术治疗的120例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组患者接受常规护理，而观察组患者则接受分阶段健康教育护理。对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者对健康知识的掌握程度、遵医行为等方面均有显著提升。此外，观察组的焦虑情绪改善效果更为显著，术后并发症发生率更低，患者的生活质量亦明显提高（P<0.05）。结论 在肛肠科围手术期患者管理中实施分阶段健康教育护理，能够有效提升患者的身心舒适度和认知水平，增强患者的护理依从性，进而提高患者术后的身体恢复速度和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effects of phased health education in proctology nursing.
Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing surgical treatment in the proctology department of this hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received phased health education care. The nursing outcomes of both groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared to the control group, the observation group showed significant improvements in the mastery of health knowledge and adherence to medical advice. Additionally, the improvement in anxiety levels was more pronounced in the observation group, with a lower incidence of postoperative complications and a noticeable increase in patient quality of life (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing phased health education care during the perioperative period for patients in proctology can effectively enhance physical and mental comfort and cognitive levels, improve patient compliance with care, thereby accelerating postoperative recovery and enhancing quality of life.
