Analysis of the effect of bundled nursing in the prevention of PICC catheter blockage in stroke patients
集束化护理在脑卒中患者PICC置管堵管预防中的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析脑卒中PICC置管患者采用集束化护理对堵管预防的价值。方法 纳入本院收治共92例脑卒中PICC置管患者（时间2023年10月-2024年10月），依据数字随机表法划分2组。对照组（n=46）采取常规护理，观察组（n=46）采取采用集束化护理。根据堵管发生率、心理状态、生活质量评价2组干预效果。结果 观察组堵管发生率与对照组比较显著降低（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分与对照组比较显著减少（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后WHOQOL-BREF评分与对照组比较显著增加（P＜0.05）。结论 脑卒中PICC置管患者采用集束化护理可有效预防堵管，缓解负性情绪，改善生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of bundle nursing in preventing catheter blockage in stroke patients undergoing PICC catheterization.
Methods A total of 92 stroke patients with PICC catheterization admitted to our hospital (from October 2023 to October 2024) were included and divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The control group (n=46) received routine care, while the observation group (n=46) received bundled care. Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups based on the incidence of blockage, psychological status, and quality of life.
Results The incidence of tube blockage in the observation group was significantly reduced compared to the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly reduced compared to the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the WHOQOL-BREF score in the observation group significantly increased compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Bundle nursing can effectively prevent tube blockage, alleviate negative emotions, and improve the quality of life for stroke patients undergoing PICC catheterization.
