Application research on early rehabilitation nursing in patients with postoperative movement disorders after traumatic brain injury
颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者中早期康复护理的应用研究

摘要

目的 探析颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者中应用早期康复护理的实际成效。方法 将2024年1月~2025年1月我院的颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者80例纳入此次研究，依据信封法随机分成参考组（实施常规护理）与实验组（实施早期康复护理）两组，每组各40例。对比两组在运动功能、日常生活能力及情绪状态方面的差异。结果 干预后，实验组的FMA及Barthel评分均明显更高（P<0.05）；实验组的SAS与 SDS评分明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 针对颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者开展早期康复护理，能够显著促进患者运动功能的恢复，并提升其日常生活能力，缓解其负面情绪。

Abstract

Objective To explore the actual effectiveness of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with postoperative movement disorders after traumatic brain injury.
Methods 80 patients with postoperative movement disorders after traumatic brain injury in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into a reference group (receiving routine nursing) and an experimental group (receiving early rehabilitation nursing) using the envelope method, with 40 patients in each group. Compare the differences between the two groups in terms of motor function, daily living ability, and emotional state.
Results After intervention, the FMA and Barthel scores in the experimental group were significantly higher (P<0.05); The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with postoperative movement disorders after traumatic brain injury can significantly promote the recovery of their motor function, improve their daily living abilities, and alleviate their negative emotions.
