Observation on the effect of a self-made air circulation device applied in perioperative nursing for patients with vulvar cancer
自制空气流通装置应用于外阴癌患者围手术期护理的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨自制空气流通装置在外阴癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果，为临床实践提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2023年3月-2025年2月在上海市某三级甲等医院接受外阴癌手术治疗的92例患者作为研究对象，2023年3月-2023年11月收治入院的21例外阴癌患者作为对照组使用传统外阴癌护理模式，2023年12月-2025年2月收治入院的71例外阴癌患者作为试验组。在传统护理模式基础上应用自制空气流通装置，对比两组平均住院时间，术后两组并发症的发生情况以及患者满意度情况。结果 两组住院时间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组并发症的发生无明显差异（P＞0.05），两组住院满意度评分无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论 本研究结果表明，试验组住院时间显著缩短，并发症发生率有降低趋势，并有效改善患者术后生活质量，从而提升患者对医疗服务的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of a self-made air circulation device in perioperative nursing for patients with vulvar cancer, so as to provide references for clinical practice.
Methods A convenience sampling method was employed to select 92 patients who underwent surgical treatment for vulvar cancer at a tertiary Grade A hospital in Shanghai from March 2023 to February 2025. Among them, 21 patients admitted from March 2023 to November 2023 were assigned to the control group and received traditional vulvar cancer nursing care, while 71 patients admitted from December 2023 to February 2025 were assigned to the experimental group. The experimental group received a self-developed air circulation device in addition to the traditional nursing model. The two groups were compared in terms of average hospital stay, postoperative complication rates, and patient satisfaction.
Results The difference in hospital stay between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in complication rates (P > 0.05) or patient satisfaction (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   The findings indicate that the experimental group had a significantly shorter hospital stay, a trend toward reduced complication rates, and improved postoperative quality of life, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction with medical services. The application of the self-developed air circulation device demonstrates potential clinical benefits.
