摘要
本文通过文献研究、试验论证等方法，深入剖析乡镇卫生院关于慢性支气管炎、肺气肿及肺心病护理现状及存在的问题，综合考虑乡镇医疗资源、患者特点等因素，从护理团队建设、护理流程优化、患者健康教育、康复护理开展等方面探索构建适宜于乡镇卫生院的护理模式，以期有效改善患者病情，提升患者满意度。

Abstract
This article, through methods such as literature research and experimental demonstration, deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of nursing for chronic bronchitis, emphysema and pulmonary heart disease in township health centers. Considering factors such as township medical resources and patient characteristics comprehensively, Explore and construct a nursing model suitable for township health centers from aspects such as the construction of the nursing team, the optimization of the nursing process, patient health education, and the implementation of rehabilitation nursing, with the aim of effectively improving patients' conditions and enhancing patient satisfaction.
