Effects of continuing nursing care combined with nutritional guidance intervention on lung function and quality of life in rural patients with chronic bronchitis
延续性护理联合营养指导干预对农村地区慢性支气管炎患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 本项研究旨在评估持续护理与营养指导相结合的干预措施对农村慢性支气管炎患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法 在2023年1月至2024年6月期间，本院共纳入120例农村慢性支气管炎患者参与研究，并通过随机数字表法随机分为两组，每组60例。对照组仅执行常规护理，实验组则在常规护理之外增加持续护理和营养指导。对比两组患者在护理前后的肺功能指标、自我管理能力、生活质量评分、再住院率及体重变化等指标。结果 研究发现，护理后两组患者的肺功能均有所改善，实验组改善更为显著。同时，两组患者的自我管理能力和生活质量评分均有所提高，实验组的提升幅度更大，实验组体重变化明显优于对照组，所有差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 延续性护理联合营养指导干预能有效提高农村慢性支气管炎患者的生活质量，具有极佳的临床实践价值。

Abstract

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effects of an intervention combining continuing nursing care with nutritional guidance on lung function and quality of life in rural patients with chronic bronchitis.
Methods A total of 120 rural patients with chronic bronchitis were enrolled from January 2023 to June 2024 and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care only, while the experimental group received additional continuing nursing care and nutritional guidance. Lung function indicators, self-management ability, quality of life scores, rehospitalization rate, and weight changes were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results The results showed that lung function improved in both groups after nursing, with the experimental group demonstrating a more significant improvement. Meanwhile, self-management ability and quality of life scores increased in both groups, with the experimental group showing a greater enhancement. The experimental group also exhibited significantly better weight changes compared to the control group. All differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Continuing nursing care combined with nutritional guidance intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of rural patients with chronic bronchitis and holds excellent clinical practical value.
