摘要
目的 讨论及研究肿瘤重症科护理人员危急重症培训体系的建立与效果。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2023年1月份,结束时间为2024年12月份,研究时间为两年,纳入肿瘤危重症科护理人员的数量为20名(年资5年以上),患者的数量100例,2023年全年肿瘤危重症科为常规的护理为对照组,患者数量为50例,2024年全年建立了肿瘤危重症科护理人员危重症培训体系,患者数量为50例,为对照组,分析两组患者的护理质量,对比患者的护理满意度。结果 通过建立肿瘤重症科护理人员危急重症培训体系,提升了护理质量,p<0.05,对比护理满意度,实验组高于对照组,p<0.05。结论 为肿瘤重症科护理人员建立危急重症培训体系,可以提升护理质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the establishment and effect of critical critical care training system for nursing staff in oncology department. Methods The start time of this study is January 2023 and the end time is December 2024. The study period is two years. The number of nurses in the oncology department is 20 and the number of patients is 100. In 2024, a critical illness training system for nursing staff in the oncology department was established. The number of patients was 50, serving as the control group. The nursing quality of patients in the two groups was analyzed and the nursing satisfaction of patients was compared. Results Through the establishment of critical care training system for nursing staff in oncology department, the quality of nursing was improved, p<0.05, compared with nursing satisfaction, the experimental group was higher than the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion The establishment of critical care training system for nursing staff in oncology department can improve nursing quality and patient nursing satisfaction, which is worth advocating.
