Study on the effect of health education combined with comfort care in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery
健康宣教联合舒适护理在腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 腹腔镜阑尾炎手术已成为治疗阑尾炎的常见且有效的手段，然而，患者的康复不仅依赖于手术本身的成功，还需要全面、系统的护理与健康教育作为支撑，因此本文探析健康宣教联合舒适护理在腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果。方法 对在我院采取腹腔镜手术治疗的阑尾炎患者进行深入研究，对比常规护理和健康宣教+舒适护理两组患者临床应用效果。结果 观察组患者舒适度、心理状况、生命质量和睡眠质量评分均显著优于对照组，组间存在对比意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过系统全面的健康宣教和全方位的舒适护理干预，不但提高了患者疾病认知水平与自我护理能力，还缓解了患者生理不适与心理压力，显著促进患者身心康复。

Abstract

Objective laparoscopic appendicitis surgery has become a common and effective means of treating appendicitis, however, the patient's rehabilitation not only depends on the success of the operation itself, also need comprehensive and systematic nursing and health education as support, so this paper analyzes the health education joint comfort care in laparoscopic appendicitis surgery patients.
Methods Comparing the laparoscopic treatment in our hospital, compare the clinical effects of routine care and health education and comfort care.
Results The comfort, psychological status, quality of life and sleep quality scores were significantly better than the control group, with comparative significance between the groups (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Through systematic and comprehensive health education and comprehensive comfort care intervention, it not only improves the patients' disease cognitive level and self-care ability, but also alleviates the physical discomfort and psychological pressure, and significantly promotes the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients.
