Effect of continuous quality improvement nursing on reducing the incidence of postoperative constipation in patients with hip fracture
持续质量改进护理视域下降低髋部骨折术后患者便秘发生率效果

摘要

目的 研究在髋部骨折手术患者中开展持续质量改进护理模式对其术后便秘发生率的影响。方法 随机抽取我院收治的髋部骨折手术患者96例，分组采取随机数字表法，共分为观察组和对照组各有48例患者,对照组接受常规护理，观察组给予持续质量改进护理模式,对比分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 观察组的护理管理质量以及患者遵医行为同对照组比较得到显著提高，患者术后下床活动、首次排气以及首次排便所用时间均短于对照组，术后便秘发生率明显低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在髋部骨折手术患者及时开展持续质量改进护理模式，可使临床护理质量和患者的遵医行为得到进一步提升，促进患者术后身体恢复，减少术后便秘发生,改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement nursing model on postoperative constipation in patients with hip fracture surgery.
Methods 96 patients with hip fracture surgery in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group with 48 patients respectively by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received continuous quality improvement nursing mode. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The quality of nursing management and compliance behavior of patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The time of getting out of bed, first exhaust gas and first defecation were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative constipation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Timely implementation of continuous quality improvement nursing mode in patients with hip fracture surgery can further improve clinical nursing quality and compliance behavior of patients, promote postoperative physical recovery of patients, reduce postoperative constipation, and improve patients' quality of life.
