The application effect of intradermal needle therapy in patients with phlegm dampness obstruction type dizziness
皮内针疗法在痰湿中阻型眩晕患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在痰湿中阻型眩晕患者中应用皮内针疗法的效果。方法 选取本院2024年4月至2024年12月间62例痰湿中阻型眩晕患者作为观察对象，按照随机数字表法，分为对照组（常规治疗方法）和观察组（对照组基础上加用皮内针疗法），各31例，比较治疗效果。结果 观察组干预总有效率为93.55%，明显高于对照组74.19%，（P＜0.05）。观察组的入睡时间、睡眠时长和睡眠效率评分均优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 痰湿中阻型眩晕患者采取皮内针疗法，可以调节经络脏腑功能，健脾和胃、化痰祛湿，缓解患者眩晕症状，改善睡眠质量和生活质量，提高治疗效率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of intradermal needle therapy in patients with phlegm dampness obstruction type dizziness.
Methods 62 patients with phlegm dampness obstruction type vertigo in our hospital from April 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group (conventional treatment method) and an observation group (control group plus treatment) 31 cases each of intradermal needle therapy were used to compare the treatment effects.
Results The total effective rate of the observation group intervention was 93.55%, significantly higher than the control group's 74.19%, (P＜0.05). The observation group had better sleep onset time, sleep duration, and sleep efficiency scores than the control group, (P＜0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group, (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Patients with phlegm dampness obstruction type dizziness can use intradermal needle therapy to regulate the functions of meridians and organs, strengthen the spleen and stomach, reduce phlegm and dampness, alleviate dizziness symptoms, improve sleep quality and quality of life, and enhance treatment efficiency.
