Study on the application of MDT management mode led by contacting nurses in hospital blood glucose management
以联络护士为主导的MDT管理模式在院内血糖管理的应用研究

摘要

目的 本研究的目的是探讨在医院内血糖管理中，采用以联络护士为核心的多学科协作（MDT）管理模式的效果。方法 本研究采用随机抽样方法，选取了我院2024年2月至2025年2月期间入院的62例糖尿病患者。将这些患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，分别为观察组和对照组，每组31例。对照组接受常规血糖管理，而观察组则实施了以联络护士为主导的MDT管理模式。对两种管理模式的临床效果进行了对比分析。结果 对比两组患者的最终管理结果，发现观察组的餐前和餐后血糖控制效果优于对照组，血糖达标时间和住院时间也显著短于对照组，同时并发症的发生率低于对照组。两组之间的数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在医院内血糖管理中实施以联络护士为主导的MDT管理模式，能够显著提升护理服务质量，有效改善患者的血糖水平，促进患者康复，降低并发症发生率，减轻疾病对患者的健康和生活质量的影响。

Abstract

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) management model centered on liaison nurses in hospital blood glucose management.
Methods This study adopted a random sampling method, selecting 62 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025. These patients were divided into two groups using a random number table, with each group consisting of 31 cases. The control group received routine blood glucose management, while the observation group was managed under an MDT model led by liaison nurses. Clinical outcomes of both management models were compared and analyzed.
Results Comparing the final management results of the two groups, it was found that the pre-meal and post-meal blood glucose control in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The time to achieve target blood glucose levels and hospital stay were also significantly shorter in the observation group, and the incidence of complications was lower than in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing an MDT management model centered on liaison nurses in hospital blood glucose management can significantly improve nursing service quality, effectively enhance patients 'blood glucose levels, promote patient recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and mitigate the impact of illness on patients' health and quality of life.
