The application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of holmium laser prostatectomy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia
加速康复外科理念在钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析良性前列腺增生病人钬激光前列腺剜除术用加速康复外科护理所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2023年2月-2025年1月本院接诊良性前列腺增生病人（n=100）。试验组钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗期间采取加速康复外科护理，对照组行常规护理。对比住院时间等指标。结果 关于护理质量：试验组高达（98.34±0.94）分，对照组只有（92.63±1.72）分，P＜0.05。住院时间、术后下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和尿管拔除时间及VAS改善情况：试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组2.0%，对照组16.0%，P＜0.05。结论 良性前列腺增生病人钬激光前列腺剜除术围术期中用加速康复外科护理，效果更好，并发症也更少。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in holmium laser prostatectomy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Methods Randomly divide patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to January 2025 (n=100). During the treatment of holmium laser prostatectomy, the experimental group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. Compare indicators such as length of hospital stay.
Results Regarding nursing quality, the experimental group scored as high as (98.34 ± 0.94) points, while the control group scored only (92.63 ± 1.72) points, P＜0.05。 The hospitalization time, postoperative mobilization time, anal exhaust time, urinary catheter removal time, and VAS improvement were better in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Complications: experimental group 2.0%, control group 16.0%, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing during the perioperative period of holmium laser prostatectomy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is more effective and has fewer complications.
