Application of humanistic care in nursing of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in children
腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝修补手术护理中人文关怀的应用

摘要

目的 观察分析在腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝修补术护理中实施人文关怀的临床效果和应用价值。方法选择院内就诊的小儿外科一病区腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝修补手术患儿60例（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2023年2月至2024年2月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，人文关怀。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（人文关怀）患儿家属护理满意度更高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患儿住院时间更短，术后疼痛程度评分更低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患儿护理后的并发症发生率更低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀可以有效减少腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝修补手术患儿并发症发生率，提高患儿家属护理满意度，缓解疼痛程度，促进术后恢复，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of humanistic care in nursing of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in children.
Methods A total of 60 children who underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the first ward of pediatric surgery in the hospital were selected (sample inclusion number: 60 cases; sample inclusion time: February 2023 to February 2024). They were divided into two groups, control and experimental, based on random numbers. The number of observation cases was highly consistent. Conventional nursing and humanistic care were implemented respectively. The nursing effects were collected and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the experimental group (humanistic care) was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the children in the experimental group had a shorter hospital stay and a lower postoperative pain score, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the incidence of complications in the children in the experimental group after nursing was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Humanistic care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in children undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair surgery, improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients' families, relieve pain, and promote postoperative recovery, which has a high application value.
