Effect analysis of cluster nursing intervention in improving self-care ability and quality of life of breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization
集束化护理干预在提高乳腺癌PICC置管患者自我护理能力和生活质量中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究集束化护理干预在提高乳腺癌PICC置管患者自我护理能力和生活质量中的效果。方法 选取2022年10月到2024年3月我院乳腺癌PICC置管患者，共84例为研究对象，采用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组，其中观察组和对照组各42例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施基于循证的集束化护理干预，观察对比两组患者的自我护理能力评分以及生活质量评分。结果 观察组自护知识掌握、自护技能、自护责任感评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组生理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 集束化护理干预可以有效改善乳腺癌PICC置管患者的自我护理能力，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention in improving self-care ability and quality of life of breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization.
Methods A total of 84 patients with PICC catheterization of breast cancer in our hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, of which 42 cases were in the observation group and the control group respectively. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received evidence-based cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability score and quality of life score of the two groups were observed and compared.
Results The scores of self-care knowledge, self-care skills and self-care responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, social function, physical function and psychological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Cluster nursing intervention can effectively improve the self-care ability of breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization and improve the quality of life of patients.
