摘要
目的 观察健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎护理中的应用价值及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院慢性乙型肝炎患者66例（2019年3月至2020年5月），随机分为常规护理的对照组（33例）及在对照组基础上给予多元化健康教育干预的观察组（33例），对比两组护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组生活质量评分、健康知识认知度评分高，P＜0.05。研究组患者健康行为平均得分明显高于对照组患者平均分，（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，研究组护理满意度（服务态度、服务技术、服务效率、服务质量、时间管理）更高（P<0.05）。结论 在慢性乙型肝炎护理中应用健康教育，能提高患者健康知识认知度和健康行为平均得分，进而提升患者生活质量和护理满意度，值得借鉴。

Abstract
Objective To observe the application value of health education in chronic hepatitis B nursing and its impact on the quality of life. Methods Sixty - six chronic hepatitis B patients in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group (33 cases) receiving routine nursing and an observation group (33 cases) receiving diversified health education intervention based on the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of quality of life and health knowledge awareness in the observation group were higher (P < 0.05). The average score of healthy behaviors of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction (service attitude, service skills, service efficiency, service quality, time management) of the observation group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying health education in chronic hepatitis B nursing can improve patients' health knowledge awareness and the average score of healthy behaviors, thereby enhancing patients' quality of life and nursing satisfaction. This approach is worthy of reference.
