Evaluation of the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing fundus surgery
眼底病手术患者应用围术期护理干预的效果评价

摘要

目的 对眼底病手术患者实施围术期护理干预的效果。方法 抽取2024年1月-2025年1月期间在我院接受手术治疗的眼底病患者90例，以随机信封法分组，接受常规护理干预的45例患者为对照组，接受围手术期护理干预的45例患者为观察组，对比并发症发生率、生活质量评分[简易生活质量量表（SF-36）]及护理满意度。结果 （1）观察组并发症发生率为4.44%，低于对照组（P＜0.05）；（2）护理后，观察组SF-36量表中各维度评分较护理前均显著上升，且均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；（3）观察组护理满意度为97.78%，高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对接受手术治疗的眼底病患者实施围术期护理干预可显著降低术后并发症发生风险，改善患者生活质量，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective Effect of perioperative nursing intervention for patients undergoing fundus diseases.
Methods Taking 90 patients with fundus disease who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025, taking 45 patients receiving routine nursing intervention as the control group, and 45 patients receiving perioperative nursing intervention as the observation group, comparing the incidence of complications, quality of life score [simple quality of life scale (SF-36)] and nursing satisfaction.
Results (1) the complication rate of the observation group was 4.44%, which was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); (2) after nursing, the scores of each dimension in the SF-36 scale were significantly higher than those before nursing, and higher than the control group (P <0.05); (3) the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%, which was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative nursing intervention for patients with ocular fundus disease can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative complications, improve the quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
