Research on nursing extension services in home care of hemophilia patients
护理延伸服务在血友病患儿家庭护理中的研究

摘要

目的 探讨护理延伸服务在血友病患儿家庭护理中的应用价值。方法 于2024年1月-2024年12月，选取本院收治的40例血友病患儿，按随机数据表法分为两组：对照组（n=20例）和研究组（n=20例），家庭护理过程中分别给予常规护理服务、护理延伸服务，比较两组家庭护理效果。结果 干预前，两组患儿各指标对比无明显差异（P＞0.05）；干预后，研究组患儿SCARED、DSRSC评分低于对照组，关节出血次数少于对照组，SF-36评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在血友病患儿家庭护理中应用护理延伸服务可有效改善患儿负面情绪，减少关节出血次数，并提高生活质量，效果优于常规护理服务，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of nursing extension services in the home care of hemophilia patients.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024, 40 hemophilia patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random data table method: a control group (n=20) and a study group (n=20). Routine nursing services and extended nursing services were provided during the home care process, and the home care effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in various indicators between the two groups of children (P>0.05); After intervention, the SCARED and DSRSC scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the number of joint bleeding was less than that of the control group, and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of nursing extension services in the home care of hemophilia patients can effectively improve their negative emotions, reduce the frequency of joint bleeding, and improve their quality of life. The effect is better than conventional nursing services and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
