摘要
目的 分析血液透析（HD）患者护理安全中预见性护理效果。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年9月行HD患者78例，随机分为观察组（预见性护理）和对照组（常规护理）各39例，对比效果。结果 观察组心理状态评分、并发症发生率低于对照组，宣教知识评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 预见性护理应用在HD患者护理安全中可有效降低并发症，效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive care on the safety of nursing in hemodialysis (HD). Methods A total of 78 HD patients were selected from August 2023 to September 2024, randomly divided into an observation (predictive care) and a control group (routine care), each with 39 cases, and the effects were compared. Results The observation group had psychological state scores and complication rates than the control group, and higher educational knowledge scores than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive care in the safety of HD patient care can effectively reduce complications, and the effect is good.
