The impact of individualized dietary guidance in nursing procedures on the nutritional status of patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy for esophageal cancer
护理程序的个体化饮食指导对食管癌新辅助化疗患者营养状况的影响

摘要

目的 探究护理程序的个体化饮食指导对食管癌新辅助化疗患者营养状况的影响，为临床提供参考依据。方法 研究筛选于2023年1月-2024年12月在本院就诊的食管癌新辅助化疗患者70例为研究对象，将患者随机分组，对照组（35例）采用常规护理，观察组（35例）采用护理程序的个体化饮食指导，对比两组患者的营养状况。结果 观察组患者BMI、PNI、Hb、ALB、TP水平明显优于对照组，P＜0.05，存在对比意义。结论 护理程序的个体化饮食指导对食管癌新辅助化疗患者营养状况有积极的影响，应用效果显著，价值良好，建议推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of individualized dietary guidance in nursing procedures on the nutritional status of patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy for esophageal cancer, and provide reference for clinical practice.
Methods A total of 70 patients with esophageal cancer who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy at our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (35 cases) received routine nursing care, and the observation group (35 cases) received individualized dietary guidance through nursing procedures. The nutritional status of the two groups of patients was compared.
Results The BMI, PNI, Hb, ALB, and TP levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, P＜0.05, There is a comparative significance.
Conclusion   Individualized dietary guidance in nursing procedures has a positive impact on the nutritional status of patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy for esophageal cancer, with significant application effects and good value. It is recommended to promote its application.
