循证护理上呼吸道感染发热患儿的研究

摘要

目的 观察分析对上呼吸道感染发热患儿实施循证护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择院内就诊的60例上呼吸道感染发热患儿（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2023年5月至2024年5月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，循证护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（循证护理）症状消失时间（白细胞恢复正常时间/肺啰音消失时间/咳嗽消失时间/体温恢复时间）更短，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能/总体健康）更高，差异具有统计学意义。结论 循证护理可以有效促进上呼吸道感染发热患儿症状缓解，提高生活质量，改善预后，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Observation and analysis of the clinical effectiveness and application value of evidence-based nursing for children with upper respiratory tract infections and fever.
Methods Sixty children with upper respiratory tract infection and fever who received medical treatment in the hospital were selected (sample included: 60 cases; sample included time: May 2023 to May 2024), and were randomly divided into two groups based on random numbers: control group and experimental group. The number of observed cases was highly consistent. Implement routine nursing and evidence-based nursing separately. Collect and analyze nursing outcomes.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (evidence-based nursing) had a shorter time for symptom disappearance (white blood cell recovery time/lung rales disappearance time/cough disappearance time/body temperature recovery time) and a higher quality of life score (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function/overall health), with statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   Evidence based nursing can effectively promote symptom relief, improve quality of life, and improve prognosis in children with upper respiratory tract infections and fever, and has high application value.
