Research on the value of emergency nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy patients
急救护理运用在急诊宫外孕患者中的价值研究

摘要

目的 分析在急诊宫外孕患者的临床护理方案中应用急救护理的医学价值。方法 回顾性收集分析2022年1月-12月于我院急诊就诊且接受了常规护理的50例宫外孕患者资料，将其命名对照组，再回顾性收集分析2023年1月-12月于我院急诊就诊且接受了急诊护理的50例宫外孕患者资料，将其命名观察组，对比两组患者的抢救效能、护理结果。结果 观察组的患者抢救效能和术中出血量优于对照组，且护理结果优于对照组，有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在急诊宫外孕患者的临床护理方案中应用急救护理可提高急救效能，保障患者生命安全，且可缓解患者恐惧，促预后进程加快满意度提高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying emergency nursing in the clinical nursing plan of emergency ectopic pregnancy patients.
Methods Retrospective collection and analysis of data from 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy who received routine care in the emergency department of our hospital from January to December 2022 were conducted, and they were named the control group. Then, retrospective collection and analysis of data from 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy who received emergency care in the emergency department of our hospital from January to December 2023 were conducted, and they were named the observation group. The rescue efficacy and nursing outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The rescue efficiency and intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the nursing results were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of emergency nursing in the clinical nursing plan for emergency ectopic pregnancy patients can improve emergency effectiveness, ensure patient safety, alleviate patient fear, accelerate the prognosis process, and improve satisfaction.
