Study on the impact of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological status of children with leukemia patients
心理护理干预对小儿白血病病人心理状况的影响研究

摘要

目的 观察分析对小儿白血病患者实施心理护理干预的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择院内就诊的60例小儿白血病患者（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2023年5月至2024年5月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，心理护理干预。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（心理护理干预）负性情绪评分（焦虑/抑郁）更低，生活质量评分（情感/社会功能/生理功能/角色功能）更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理干预可以有效减少小儿白血病患者负性情绪，改善心理状况，提高生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Observation and analysis of the clinical effectiveness and application value of psychological nursing interventions for pediatric leukemia patients.
Methods Sixty pediatric leukemia patients who received treatment in the hospital were selected (sample included: 60 cases; sample included time: May 2023 to May 2024), and were randomly divided into control and experimental groups based on random numbers. The number of observed cases was highly consistent. Implement routine nursing and psychological nursing interventions separately. Collect and analyze nursing outcomes.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (psychological nursing intervention) had lower negative emotional scores (anxiety/depression) and higher quality of life scores (emotional/social function/physiological function/role function), with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce negative emotions, improve psychological status, and enhance quality of life in pediatric leukemia patients, with high practical value.
