The value of diversified individualized nursing during the perioperative radiotherapy period in the intervention of radiotherapy patients with cervical esophageal cancer
围放疗期多元化个体性护理对颈段食管癌放疗患者干预的价值

摘要

目的 分析讨论围放疗期多元化个体性护理对颈段食管癌放疗患者干预的价值。方法 选择我院2023年12月-2024年12月所接收的100例颈段食管癌放疗患者为研究对象，平均分为观察组（多元化个体性护理）与对照组（常规护理），将两组患者接受护理前后的疼痛度（NRS）、护理质量以及自护能力进行比较。结果 1.护理后观察组NRS评分（3.76±1.11分）比对照组低，（P<0.05）。2.护理后观察组自护能力（27.56±3.31、40.65±3.11、20.52±2.82、64.32±2.89）比对照组高（P<0.05）。3.观察组护理质量[操作技能（8.94±0.73）分，服务态度（8.78±0.65）分，责任心（8.95±0.71）分，应急能力（9.03±0.95）分]优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 围放疗期多元化个体性护理对颈段食管癌放疗患者的护理效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the value of diversified individualized nursing during the perioperative radiotherapy period in the intervention of patients with cervical esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.
Methods Selecting 100 patients with cervical esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy in our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 as the research subjects, they were evenly divided into an observation group (diversified individualized nursing) and a control group (conventional nursing). The pain level (NRS), nursing quality, and self-care ability of the two groups of patients before and after receiving nursing were compared.
Results 1. The NRS score of the observation group after nursing (3.76 ± 1.11 points) was lower than that of the control group, (P<0.05). 2. The self-care ability of the observation group after nursing (27.56 ± 3.31, 40.65 ± 3.11, 20.52 ± 2.82, 64.32 ± 2.89) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). 3. The nursing quality of the observation group [operating skills score (8.94 ± 0.73), service attitude score (8.78 ± 0.65), sense of responsibility score (8.95 ± 0.71), emergency response ability score (9.03 ± 0.95)] was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Diversified individualized nursing during the perioperative radiotherapy period has a significant nursing effect on patients with cervical esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy, and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
