Effect of evidence-based nursing in operating room of total knee arthroplasty
循证护理在人工全膝关节置换术手术室护理效果

摘要

目的 分析循证护理在人工全膝关节置换术手术室护理中的效果。方法 选择2024年3月15日到2025年3月15日收治的96例患者进行研究，分成对照组和实验组，每组有48位患者。对照组常规护理，实验组为循证护理。对比两组患者的膝关节周径、膝关节屈曲活动度、疼痛程度、膝关节功能、日常生活活动能力，评估患者生活质量。结果 两组患者通过建立不良的护理方案后，提供循证护理的实验组患者膝关节周径、膝关节屈曲活动度、疼痛程度低于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者膝关节功能，日常生活活动能力、生活质量，实验组高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 为人工全膝关节置换术患者在手术室护理期间提供循证护理，可以减轻患者疼痛程度，促进患者膝关节功能恢复，提升其生活质量以及日常生活活动能力。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of the operating room for total knee arthroplasty.
Methods 96 patients admitted from March 15, 2024 to March 15, 2025 were selected for the study and divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 48 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received evidence-based care. Compare the knee circumference, knee flexion range of motion, pain level, knee joint function, and activities of daily living between two groups of patients to evaluate their quality of life.
Results After establishing poor nursing plans, the experimental group receiving evidence-based nursing had lower knee circumference, knee flexion range of motion, and pain levels compared to the control group, p<0.05, Analyzing the knee joint function, daily living activity ability, and quality of life of patients, it was found that the experimental group was higher than the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing evidence-based nursing care for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty during the operating room nursing period can reduce their pain level, promote knee joint function recovery, improve their quality of life, and enhance their ability to engage in daily activities.
