摘要
目的 探讨手术室系统护理在行全身麻醉手术的老年患者中的应用效果。方法 抽取2023年9月-2024年9月期间，在我院接受全身麻醉手术的老年患者100例作为本次对象，根据护理模式的差异按乱数表法进行分组，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组则采用手术室系统护理模式。两组麻醉效果；护理满意度以及两组心理状态进行比较。结果 与对照组比，观察组护理满意度显著更高；观察组的麻醉起效时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间及拔管时间均显著短于对照组；观察组心理状态优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 手术室系统护理在行全身麻醉手术的老年患者中的应用效果显著，能够缩短麻醉及苏醒时间，减轻应激反应，降低并发症发生率，提高满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods From September 2023 to September 2024,100 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the objects. According to the differences in the nursing mode, they were grouped according to the random table method. The control group adopted the routine nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the operating room systematic nursing mode. The anesthesia effect of the two groups; nursing satisfaction and the psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly higher; the anesthesia onset time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, recovery time and extubation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group; the difference (p <0.05) Conclusion The application of operating room system nursing in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery, reduce stress response, reduce complication rate and improve satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
