摘要
目的 探究分析PDCA循环管理在发热门诊护理管理中的应用。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内发热门诊留观患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。其中2024年1月至2024年6月期间的51例患者为对照组，采用常规护理管理。2024年7月至2024年12月的51例患者为观察组，采用PDCA循环管理，对比两组护理质量以及满意度。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 PDCA循环管理可显著提升整体护理质量以及患者满意度，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application of PDCA cycle management in fever clinic nursing management. Methods A total of 102 patients under observation in the fever clinic of the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 51 patients from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing management. 51 patients from July 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group, and PDCA cycle management was adopted to compare the nursing quality and satisfaction between the two groups. The observation group was superior to the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly improve overall nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
