摘要
目的 分析个性个体化健康教育在老年人心血管内科护理中的应用。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2023年12月至2024年12月期间心血管内科收治老年人患者,共计人数60例,以电脑随机分组方式作为标准,将参与者均分为两组,即对照组(常规护理),观察组(个性个体化健康教育干预),对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录,结合统计学系统进行对比观察,分析个性个体化健康教育干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分低于另一组,护理依从性数据、护理满意度数据及生活质量数据相比另一组均呈现出较高优势性,组间对比P值﹤0.05,可见统计学意义。结论 对心血管内科的老年患者实施个性个体化健康教育干预可明显缓解其不良情绪,提高护理依从性,提高护理满意度,维护生活质量,整体效果确切,适合推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of individualized health education in cardiovascular medicine nursing of the elderly. Methods experimental income samples are our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 during cardiovascular medicine admitted the elderly patients, a total of 60 cases, with computer randomization as a standard, the participants are divided into two groups, the control group (routine care), observation group (personality individualized health education intervention), in the implementation of two groups of patients related index data records, combined with statistical system comparison observation, analysis of individual personality health education intervention application value. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than that of the other group, and the data of nursing compliance, nursing satisfaction data and quality of life data showed high advantages compared with the other group. The P value was 0.05, which showed statistical significance. Conclusion Personalized health education intervention for elderly patients of cardiovascular medicine can significantly relieve their bad mood, improve nursing compliance, improve nursing satisfaction, maintain the quality of life, the overall effect is accurate, and suitable for promotion.
