人文关怀理念的心理护理对急性心衰患者情绪的影响

摘要

目的 本项研究旨在探讨人文关怀理念的心理护理在急性心衰患者中的影响意义，重点分析对患者情绪状态的影响效果，期望能为领域研究提供理论与实践依据，更好的促进护患关系和谐，保证患者生命健康。方法 时间选定为2023年5月至2024年5月间，样本抽取自本时段院内收治的急性心衰患者中，共收集人数86例，采用系统抽样形式86例患者均分两组，每组归入（n=43），治疗期间，对参照组患者实施常规护理服务方案，对研究组患者实施人文关怀理念的心理护理干预策略，并进行相关数据的收集整理，分析比对。比对数据包含： 焦虑、抑郁程度、治疗依从性、睡眠质量、并发症发生率、生活质量、护理满意度。结果 统计学分析后发现，研究组采取方案实施性更强，收获效果更加理想，患者在各项指标数值的体现上均显优参照组，P值达小于0.05标准，值得讨论。结论 对于急性心衰患者而言，在其临床护理方案的横向选择中，人文关怀理念的心理护理可选择性更强，开展后，患者焦虑、抑郁情绪得到全面改善，睡眠质量得到有效提高，并发症发生率能够切实减少，生活质量得到显著提高，同时，还极大促进了护患关系和谐，赢得患者认可和信赖，收获其满意度提高，值得借鉴。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the impact of humanistic care concept on psychological nursing in patients with acute heart failure, with a focus on analyzing the effect on patients' emotional state. The goal is to provide theoretical and practical basis for field research, better promote harmonious nurse patient relationships, and ensure patients' life and health.
Methods The time period was selected from May 2023 to May 2024. A total of 86 patients with acute heart failure admitted to the hospital during this period were collected. A systematic sampling method was used to divide the 86 patients into two groups, with each group assigned to (n=43). During the treatment period, routine nursing service plans were implemented for the reference group patients, and psychological nursing intervention strategies based on humanistic care concepts were implemented for the study group patients. Relevant data were collected, sorted, analyzed, and compared. The comparison data includes anxiety, depression level, treatment compliance, sleep quality, incidence of complications, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction.
Results After statistical analysis, it was found that the research group had stronger implementation of the plan and more ideal results. Patients showed significant improvement in various indicators compared to the reference group, with a P-value of less than 0.05, which is worth discussing.
Conclusion   For patients with acute heart failure, in the horizontal selection of clinical nursing plans, psychological nursing with humanistic care concept can be more selective. After implementation, patients' anxiety and depression are comprehensively improved, sleep quality is effectively improved, the incidence of complications can be effectively reduced, and the quality of life is significantly improved. At the same time, it greatly promotes the harmony of nurse patient relationship, wins the recognition and trust of patients, and achieves an increase in their satisfaction, which is worth learning from.
