Clinical application analysis of ear acupuncture comprehensive therapy for preventing and relieving vomiting and abdominal distension in patients undergoing colonoscopy examination
耳穴综合疗法预防和缓解肠镜检查患者呕吐、腹胀的临床应用分析

摘要

目的 观察对肠镜检查患者开展耳穴综合疗法对预防和缓解呕吐、腹胀症状的效果。方法 选择2024年1月至12月本院进行肠镜检查患者60例为对象，按照随机抽样法将纳入病例均分2组，1组在检查前开展常规指导（30例，对照组），剩余1组检查前开展耳穴综合疗法（30例，观察组）。针对两组呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、乏力以及头晕等情况进行观察。结果 观察组患者在检查过程中呕吐、腹胀、腹痛程度低于对照组，P<0.05。头晕、乏力程度，观察组检查过程中低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对肠镜检查患者开展耳穴综合疗法可以对患者呕吐、腹胀、头晕等症状进行预防和改善，减少肠镜检查过程中对患者造成的负面影响。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive ear acupuncture therapy on preventing and relieving symptoms of vomiting and abdominal distension in patients undergoing colonoscopy.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the subjects. According to the random sampling method, the included cases were divided into two groups: one group received routine guidance before the examination (30 cases, control group), and the remaining one group received comprehensive ear acupuncture therapy before the examination (30 cases, observation group). Observe two groups for symptoms such as vomiting, bloating, abdominal pain, fatigue, and dizziness.
Results The observation group had lower levels of vomiting, abdominal distension, and abdominal pain during the examination compared to the control group, P<0.05. The degree of dizziness and fatigue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during the examination process, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Comprehensive ear acupuncture therapy for patients undergoing colonoscopy can prevent and improve symptoms such as vomiting, bloating, and dizziness, and reduce the negative impact on patients during the colonoscopy process.
