摘要
目的 考察分析糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用效果。方法 启动期限为2023年5月至2024年5月,纳入样本为本时段院8内收治的糖尿病患者,人数共计92例,按照1∶1比例进行随机分组,每组(n=46)。参照组:实施常规护理服务方案,研究组:在上述基础上,增加糖尿病健康教育,最终评价不同干预策略下的疗效作用。比对两组患者在血糖水平、自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度方面的差异表现。结果 研究组各项指标均显优参照组,P<0.05。结论 对于内分泌科糖尿病患者而言,在其临床干预策略的横向选择中,建议优先采用研究组实施方案,在开展常规护理的同时,增加糖尿病健康教育,一方面能有效降低血糖水平,提高患者自我管理能力、生活质量,同时还可极大增进护患友谊,提高患者对护理工作的满意程度。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of diabetes health education in endocrinology nursing. Methods The start-up period was from May 2023 to May 2024, and the included sample was the diabetic patients admitted to 8 of the hospital during this period. A total of 92 patients were randomized according to the ratio of 1 ∶ 1 in each group (n=46). Reference group: implement the usual care service program, study group: on the basis of the above, increase diabetes health education, and finally evaluate the efficacy effect under different intervention strategies. Compare the differential performance in blood glucose level, self-management ability, quality of life, and satisfaction with care. Results All the indicators in the study group, P﹤0.05. Conclusion for endocrinology patients with diabetes, in the horizontal selection of clinical intervention strategy, suggest priority adopt the research group implementation plan, at the same time of routine care, increase diabetes health education, on the one hand, can effectively reduce blood sugar level, improve patients' self management ability, quality of life, but also can greatly enhance the friendship, improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
