Evaluation of the effectiveness of evidence-based care in community hypertension care
循证护理在社区高血压护理中的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 浅析社区高血压患者采用循证护理进行日常生活、用药等多个方面的指导，为患者健康生活，稳定血压水平提供建议。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月收治的社区高血压患者90例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用循证护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组血压水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对社区高血压患者实施循证护理的效果显著，有助于稳定患者的血压水平，提升患者康复期的治疗依从性，改善生活习惯，提升生活质量，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the evidence-based care for community hypertension patients in daily life, medication and other aspects of guidance, to provide suggestions for patients' healthy life and stable blood pressure level.
Methods 90 community hypertensive patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected with basic nursing in the control group; the observation group used evidence-based nursing to compare the nursing effect.
Results The blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, statistically significant (P <0.05); the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than the control group, statistically significant (P <0.05); the quality of life of the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of evidence-based care for community hypertension patients has remarkable effect, which is helpful to stabilize the blood pressure level of patients, improve the treatment compliance of patients in the rehabilitation period, improve living habits, improve the quality of life, and has promotion value.
