Application of integrated moxibustion in diabetic peripheral neuropathy
火龙罐综合灸在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨火龙罐综合灸在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用效果。方法 分析了2020年2月至2024年2月期间本院50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者，分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组接受常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用火龙罐综合灸治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白水平及中医症候积分。结果 治疗后，观察组的有效率、FBG、PBG、HbAlc、TC、TG数值及疼痛分值均低于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。中医症候积分也显示观察组优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施火龙罐综合灸结合常规治疗效果明显，可改善血糖数值水平与中医症候积分，提升治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive moxibustion in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
Methods 50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from February 2020 to February 2024 were divided into control group and observation group, 25 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group added comprehensive moxibustion treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effect, blood glucose, blood lipid, HbA 1 c level and TCM syndrome points of the two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the response rate, FBG, PBG, HbAlc, TC, TG values and pain scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The TCM syndrome integration also showed that the observation group was better than the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05).
Conclusion   By comprehensive moxibustion for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, it can improve the blood glucose level and TCM syndrome score and improve the treatment effect.
