摘要
目的 观察子宫肌瘤切除术患者接受双向反馈模式下细节化护理的临床效果，同时探讨对其术后疼痛和遵医行为的影响。方法 择2023年1月-2025年1月于我院行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者作为本次研究对象，将患者随机等分两组后给予不同的护理干预，参照组行常规护理干预，研究组行双向反馈模式下细节化护理，两组护理效果对比，并统计各组患者术后恢复时间、疼痛评分、遵医行为、护理满意度各项数据，同时分析组间数据，以此作为体现护理效果的依据。结果 两组患者术后恢复时间统计，相比于研究组，参照组用时较长（P＜0.05）；两组患者术后24-72h疼痛评分，参照组对比研究组评分高（P＜0.05）；两组患者遵医行为，总依从率对比，参照组比研究组低（P＜0.05）；患者护理满意度，总满意率对比，参照组比研究组低（P＜0.05）。结论 子宫肌瘤切除术患者接受双向反馈模式下细节化护理可促使患者尽快康复，缩短术后恢复时间，减轻患者术后疼痛程度，提升治疗的遵医行为，增强护理满意度，应用价值较高，建议推广。

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of myomectomy patients receiving bidirectional feedback mode and to investigate the influence on postoperative pain and compliance behavior. Methods in January 2023-January 2025 in our hospital myomectomy patients as the study object, random patients after two groups give different nursing intervention, reference group routine nursing intervention, research group two-way feedback mode of nursing care, two groups of nursing effect, and statistics of patients postoperative recovery time, pain score, compliance behavior, nursing satisfaction data, and analysis between data, as the basis of nursing effect. Results The postoperative recovery time of the two groups, compared with the study group, the reference group spent longer (P <0.05); the pain score of 24-72h of the 2 groups was higher compared with the study group (P <0.05); the total compliance rate of the study group (P <0.05); the nursing satisfaction, total satisfaction rate, and the reference group was lower than the study group (P <0.05). Conclusion The details of myomectomy patients in the two-way feedback mode can promote the patients to recover as soon as possible, shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the postoperative pain degree of patients, improve the compliance behavior of treatment, enhance the nursing satisfaction, with high application value. It is suggested to promote it.
