健康教育在脊柱骨折护理中的评价

摘要

目的 深入细致的分析、考察、验证健康教育在脊柱骨折护理中的应用效果,希望能为临床研究提供理论与实践依据,更好的保障患者生命健康,促进医患关系和谐。方法 本项研究开展期限为2020年4月至2024年4月,样本纳入自本时段院内收治的脊柱骨折患者中,纳入人数共86例,按照数字编号法进行组别划分,将1-86数字随机排序,单号设为参照组(划入人数43例):实施常规护理方案,双号设为研究组(划入人数43例):实施常规护理服务的同时,增加健康教育干预模式,最终对两组患者临床资料、相关数据展开收集整理、统计分析,作出评价比对,比对数据包括:患者心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS) ]、生活质量评分、脊柱功能评分、并发症发生率。结果 对比试验的开展实施,均对两组患者影响作用积极,但研究组患者在各项评分方面体现则更显优异,在并发症发生率方面体现,则数值更低,均显优参照组P<0.05,值得探讨。结论 在本项研究中,侧重分析健康教育干预模式在脊柱骨折护理中的应用效果,旨在通过对比形式令不同护理护理服务方案的应用差异尽显,结果所得清晰,此种操作不仅能有效降低并发症发生率,减少术后康复速度,稳定患者负面情绪,同时还可切实提升患者生活质量,促进脊柱功能恢复,优化护理质量和效果。

Abstract

Objective To analyze, investigate and verify the application effect of health education in spinal fracture nursing, hoping to provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical research, better protect the life and health of patients, and promote the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
Methods The duration of this study is from April 2020 to April 2024, The sample was included in the patients with spinal fractures admitted to the hospital during this period, A total of 86 cases were included, According to the numbering method, 1-86 numbers, Single number is set as the reference group (43 cases enrolled): implementation of routine care program, The double number was set as the study group (43 cases enrolled): along with the implementation of routine care services, Increasing the health education intervention models, Finally, the clinical data and relevant data of the two groups were collected and analyzed, Make an evaluation and comparison, The comparison data include: patient psychological status [anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), depression self-rating scale (SDS)], quality of life score, spinal function score, and complication rate.
Results The implementation of the comparative test had a positive effect on the two groups, but the patients in the study group had better scores, and the complication rate was lower, with P <0.05, which is worth discussing.
Conclusion   In this study, focusing on the analysis of health education intervention mode in spinal fracture nursing application effect, aims to compare the application of different nursing service differences, the results are clear, this operation can not only effectively reduce the incidence of complications, reduce postoperative rehabilitation speed, stable patients negative emotions, at the same time also can effectively improve the quality of life, promote the spinal function recovery, optimize the nursing quality and effect.
