情景教学联合PBL教学法在重症医学科临床护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨情景教学结合以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)在重症医学科临床护理带教中的实施效果。方法 本研究选取了我院重症医学科40名实习护士作为调研对象,通过随机分配的方式将其分为两个组别:对照组(含20名,沿用传统教学法)与研究组(含20名,实施情景教学结合PBL教学法)。对两组的教学成果进行了全面且深入地对比分析。结果 相较于对照组,研究组在教学成绩上展现出优势,并且在教学满意度方面也超过了对照组。这些差异在统计学分析中均显示为具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 将情景教学与PBL教学法整合应用于重症医学科护理带教中,能够有效增强重症医学科实习护士对临床护理知识的掌握程度,提高其临床护理技能水平,并且收获了较高的教学满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of situational teaching combined with problem-oriented teaching (PBL) in clinical nursing teaching in intensive care medicine.
Methods In this study, 40 intern nurses from the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups by random assignment: the control group (including 20 nurses, using the traditional teaching method) and the research group (including 20 nurses, implementing situational teaching combined with PBL teaching method). A comprehensive and in-depth comparative analysis of the teaching achievements of the two groups was conducted.
Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed an advantage in teaching performance and also surpassed the control group in terms of teaching satisfaction. These differences were all shown to be statistically significant in the analysis (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The integration of situational teaching and PBL teaching method in the nursing teaching of intensive care medicine can effectively enhance the mastery of clinical nursing knowledge and improve the clinical nursing skills of intern nurses in intensive care medicine, and obtain high teaching satisfaction.
